Claudia Macias has over 25 years of experience in various roles, primarily in the areas of communications, executive support, and strategic planning. Their most recent position was as Senior Director, Business Operations at Whataburger, where they focused on implementing strategic goals and initiatives for operations and building collaboration across the brand. Prior to that, they served as Chief of Staff at CM Communications and Consulting, where they led strategic planning, project management, and communications functions.
