Luana Osório has worked for four companies since 2021. Luana began their career at Vitalk as an Analista de pré-vendas, where they used the SPIN Selling technique to qualify leads from the marketing team. Luana then moved to Honeywell, where they were an Estagiária em Engenharia de Manufatura. During this role, they developed projects such as a spare parts control system, a logistics project, and a real-time production control project. In 2022, they joined Gympass as a Business Development Executive, where they were responsible for inbound and outbound lead qualification processes. Luana used Pipedrive and Sales Force as their tools and utilized SPIN Selling and BANT techniques. Currently, they are a Senior Business Development Representative at Tuvis.
Luana Osório is currently studying for a degree in Engineering of Production at Universidade Federal de Itajubá, which they began in 2017 and is expected to complete in 2022. Prior to that, they had obtained a Technical degree in Accounting from PRONATEC in 2015. Additionally, Luana has obtained several certifications, including Intensivo em Pré Vendas from Academia Rapport in 2022, Inside Sales from dnc.group in 2021, Power BI Básico from dnc.group in 2021, Minicurso Lean Six Sigma from Dinâmica Group in 2021, Excel Avançado from Dinâmica Group in 2020, Mapeamento de Processos (BPMN) from Dinâmica Group in 2020, and Lean Six Sigma White Belt from MF Treinamentos in 2019.
