Erica Steele has a background in strategic market development, workforce development, and vocational education, with a focus on empowering marginalized communities. Erica has experience working with various organizations, including WHEDA, Froedtert Health, and Hispanic Chamber of Commerce of Wisconsin, in roles such as Strategic Market & Tribal Liaison, Manager of Workforce Development, and Director of Vocational Education & Training/Latino Empowerment. Erica holds a B.A. in International Studies, Spanish and Latin American, Caribbean and Iberian Studies from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
