Kai Kreos-Nemcok has a diverse range of work experience spanning various roles and industries. Starting in 2014, they worked as a Reporter for the Estonian Public Broadcast. In 2015, they served as a Junior Accountant at Konecranes and also worked as an Intern/Coordinator at the NATO Cooperative Cyber Defence Centre of Excellence (CCDCOE). At the CCDCOE, they organized conferences and assisted in live cyber defense exercises.

From 2015 to 2017, Kai worked as an Evaluator for the International Debate Education Association and returned to the CCDCOE as a Team Manager/Coordinator, recruiting and managing a team of volunteers and interns for the Cycon project. In 2016, Kai also took on the role of Director of Estonia-Asia Trade Agency at Enterprise Estonia. In this position, they built up a center of competency for Asian markets in the Baltic region, supported numerous companies, and organized business delegations to Asian markets.

Kai continued their involvement with Asian markets in subsequent roles, such as Head of the Asia Information Centre and as a Project Manager at Enterprise Estonia. During this time, they advised prime ministers and presidents, organized trade missions, and helped companies establish partnerships in Asian markets.

In 2017, Kai co-founded the Asia Update Conference Series, bringing together world-class experts and high-level participants to discuss Asian affairs. They also returned to the CCDCOE as a Project Coordinator.

In 2021, Kai joined Kindly as a Business Developer, specializing in international markets. Currently, they are employed at wheel.me as a Sales Manager, responsible for the expansion of the company into new markets and supporting global key accounts.

Kai Kreos-Nemcok completed a Master of Science in Engineering Cum Laude in E-Governance Technologies and Services from TalTech - Tallinn University of Technology, starting in 2016 and finishing in 2018. Before pursuing their master's degree, they obtained a Bachelor's degree Cum Laude in Political Science with a focus on international relations, economics, and business administration from the University of Tartu, from 2012 to 2016. Additionally, in 2015 to 2016, Kai Kreos-Nemcok studied International Relations and Affairs at Tsinghua University and in 2014, they earned a Bachelor's degree in International Relations and Affairs from West Virginia University.
