Rachel Caruso

Rachel Caruso is a Training and Risk Manager at Wheeling Park District with previous experience in training administration and sales/marketing coordination at Perfection Spring & Stamping Corp. Rachel also worked in aquatics at Buffalo Grove Park District and as an art educator at Ridgeland Public Schools and Glenbrook North and South High Schools. Rachel holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Art Education and Painting from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
