Hoi Kiu Sheaffer is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in revenue and pricing strategy. Currently serving as VP of Revenue & Pricing Strategy at Wheels Up since August 2022, Hoi Kiu Sheaffer previously held various leadership roles at T-Mobile, including Device Analytics Director, where responsibilities included leading analytics for device portfolio decisions and enabling business negotiations with OEM executives. Earlier experiences also include a tenure at Washington Mutual as Group Product Manager, focusing on pricing strategies for the deposits portfolio, and a role as Industrial Engineering Consultant at Starbucks, developing operational models for retail efficiency. Hoi Kiu Sheaffer holds an MBA from the UW Foster School of Business and a BS in Industrial Engineering from the University of Washington.
