LeeAnn Belski

LeeAnn Belski is an experienced human resources professional, currently serving as Chief Human Resources Officer and Vice President of Talent and Culture at When I Work since March 2016. Previously, LeeAnn held the position of Vice President of Human Resources at Arcserve from September 2014 to March 2016 and at HighJump Software from February 2007 to September 2014. LeeAnn began a career in HR at Stellent, serving as HR Manager until its acquisition by Oracle, and also worked as a Staff Recruiter at CSC and a Recruiter at Stratagem. LeeAnn's experience includes a role as Senior Technical Recruiter at Flatley Technical. LeeAnn holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from St. Olaf College, obtained between 1991 and 1995. LeeAnn is certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) and as a SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP).
