Nathan Staggs has a diverse range of experiences as a Chief Executive Officer, President, and Chief Operations Officer across several healthcare organizations including WhidbeyHealth, Anson General Hospital, NewLight Healthcare, LLC - Pauls Valley General Hospital, Ochiltree General Hospital, St. Mark's Medical Center - Community Hospital Corporation, Carlisle Regional Medical Center - Health Management Associates, and Medical Center of Southeastern Oklahoma - Health Management Associates. Throughout their career, Nathan has focused on improving patient experience, satisfaction, and outcomes while enhancing employee, physician, and stakeholder satisfaction rates. Nathan was successful in introducing new service programs, partnerships, and staffing models, launching key training programs for department managers, and implementing energy efficiency best practices. Nathan's role also involved increasing long-term care facilities, reducing acute care hospitals, and growing monthly revenue through new service lines, generating monthly savings, and accelerating the reopening of closed surgery departments.

Nathan Staggs has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the Texas McCombs School of Business. Previously, they obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) from Midwestern State University where they focused on Accounting and Business/Management. Nathan also attended Baylor University School of Law to study Law, but the degree obtained is unknown.
