TJ Noa has a strong background in various roles, primarily in sales and coaching. They started their career as a Resident Assistant at Calvin College, where they resolved conflicts and guided students to resources. They then worked as a Counselor at Camp Roger, organizing activities and ensuring a safe play environment for children. At Woodlawn Christian Reformed, they served as a Youth Ministry Intern, building relationships and teaching Bible lessons. They also gained experience in event planning and community building as an Outdoor Education Senior Apprentice at Camp Roger.
Moving into the sales field, TJ worked as a Sales Development Representative at HexArmor and later at Whirks. In these roles, they were responsible for driving business growth and overcoming challenges. Additionally, they served as the President of Calvin Improv at Calvin University, showcasing their leadership and organizational skills.
Most recently, TJ held the position of Persistence Coach at The Collective Blueprint. Their main objective was to develop meaningful relationships with young adults and help them achieve personal and professional goals. They were held accountable for the success of their cohort in terms of acceptance into school, completion of school, certification, and career placement.
Currently, TJ is working as a Client Success Specialist at Whirks, utilizing their previous sales and coaching experience to ensure client satisfaction and success.
TJ Noa earned a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Calvin University between the years 2013 and 2017.
