Nigel Phan

Nigel Phan is an experienced executive with a strong background in operational leadership and entrepreneurship. Currently serving as the Chief Operating Officer at PrimaryBid since July 2023, Nigel joined the company as Chief of Staff in October 2022, focusing on strategic opportunities and company development. Prior to PrimaryBid, Nigel founded and led Whirli, a subscription-based service for children's goods, from March 2018 to June 2022, promoting sustainability by reducing waste through shared resources. Nigel also held the position of Associate Partner at McKinsey & Company from October 2012 to February 2018, notable for being one of the youngest in that role. Educational qualifications include a First Class Honours MEng in Electrical and Electronic Engineering with Management from Imperial College London and five A grades at A Levels from Winchester College.
