Mayra Herrera Castillo

Mayra Herrera Castillo is an experienced Engineering Manager with over a decade of expertise at Whirlpool Mexico, where responsibilities include planning, evaluating, and implementing cost projects, as well as overseeing quality projects involving failure analysis of resins and processes. Mayra has held various engineering positions within Whirlpool, including Lead Engineer and Senior Engineer, focusing on supplier approvals and material innovation. Prior experience includes a role as Chemist of Enamel Development at Magnekon, where Mayra developed and optimized lubricants and enamels for magnet wire and utilized advanced analytical techniques.
