Leanid Tryfanau

Leanid Tryfanau has a diverse work experience in the field of software quality assurance and testing. Leanid started their career at EPAM Systems in 2006 as a Senior Software Testing Engineer. Leanid then worked at LUKOIL as a system administrator from 2009 to 2011.

In 2011, Leanid joined aheadWorks as a Software Testing Engineer, where they worked until 2014. Leanid also worked at Xpress Software Inc as a Software Testing Engineer from 2010 to 2014.

From 2014 to 2017, Leanid worked at Awem Games, initially as a Software Testing Engineer and then as a Senior Software Test Engineer. Leanid then joined Soul Technologies in 2017 as a QA Engineer and later took on the role of QA Facilitator from 2018 to 2019. In this role, they were responsible for coaching the team and establishing the QA department.

In 2019, Leanid joined EPAM Systems again, this time as a Lead QA Engineer. Leanid then moved on to work at Whisk.com as a Software Quality Assurance Team Lead in the same year.

Most recently, Leanid worked at Samsung Next as a Senior Mobile QA Engineer and Software Quality Assurance Team Lead from 2019 to 2022.

Leanid Tryfanau completed the Team Leader Program at STRATOPLAN school of managers from 2019 to 2020. Leanid also obtained a Master's degree in Non Destructive Testing from the Belarusian-Russian University, which they attended from 1993 to 1998. In addition, they hold a Master degree from the Mogilev Mechanical Engineering Institute. Leanid has also earned several certifications, including Product Mindset Beginner from ProductSense in September 2020, Agile Testing from LinkedIn in June 2019, Learning Shopify from LinkedIn in May 2019, ISTQB CTFL from the International Software Testing Qualifications Board in April 2017, and "Основы проектного управления" from Universarium.org in June 2015.
