Lee Smith

Lee Smith has a diverse work experience in the logistics and postal industry. lee started their career in 1984 as a Postal Cadet at Royal Mail and eventually worked their way up to become a Postman Higher Grade. In 1991, they transitioned into management roles at Royal Mail and served as a Royal Mail Management for nearly a decade. From 2001 to 2009, they took on the role of Operations Weekend Manager. In 2009, they joined Kuehne + Nagel as an Area Field Store Manager for a year. In 2011, they joined TNT Post UK and held various positions, including Senior Shift Manager, Acting Depot Manager, and Shift Manager. Lee Smith then moved to Whistl UK Ltd in 2016, where they served as the Bristol Depot Senior Operations Manager, Depot Manager, and Iver Hub Manager. Their current role (as of December 2020) is Head of Operations South at Whistl UK Ltd.
