Drew Carter

Drew Carter has worked in various roles since 1996. Drew began their career at Ernst & Young, LLP as a Manager, then moved on to Broadnet as Chief Applications Architect in 2000. In 2004, they began working at McAfee as a Senior Manager, where they managed the Mobile Security business line and was responsible for strategic alliances, business models, pricing, product management, marketing and business development. In 2006, they became a Principal at Opera Solutions, and in 2011 they were promoted to Managing Director at AlixPartners. In 2017, they joined Maritz Motivation as President, where they improved business performance for clients using global, enterprise-grade employee engagement, salesforce effectiveness and customer loyalty platforms. In 2018, they took on roles as a Member Board of Directors at Maritz Behavioral Sciences and Innovation and Achievement Awards Group. Finally, in 2020, they were appointed Chief Executive Officer of Whistle Systems.

Drew Carter obtained an MBA from The Wharton School in 2004, majoring in Finance and Entreprenuership. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Accounting and Business/Management from The University of Kansas in 1995. Drew also holds a Certified Public Accountant certification from the State of Kansas.
