Ben Fricke

Ben Fricke is an experienced procurement and supply chain leader, currently serving as the Procurement & Supply Chain Director at Whitbread since October 2022, overseeing operations for the UK’s largest hospitality company. Prior to this role, Ben held the position of Chief Supply Chain & Sustainability Officer at Americana Restaurants, managing procurement and supply chain for over 2,000 restaurants across multiple regions. Ben also served as Head of Purchasing and Supply Chain at Nando's UK & IRE, and as Commercial Director at IPC Europe, where significant profit-enhancing solutions were developed for Subway franchise stores. Earlier career roles included various positions in purchasing, operations, and marketing at Yum! Brands, and consultancy work at OC&C. Ben holds a Master’s degree in Modern History from the University of Oxford.
