Jennie Lear

Jennie Lear has over 15 years of work experience in various roles. Jennie is currently working as an HR Insight Lead at Whitbread since September 2022. Prior to that, they worked as a Business Intelligence Developer at Whitbread from January 2021 to September 2022. Before joining Whitbread, they worked as a Data and Reporting Manager at Lifesure Group Limited from July 2018 to January 2021. Jennie also worked as a Commercial Analysis Manager at Coverbox Insure Limited from May 2015 to June 2018 and as a Senior MI Analyst at igo4 from January 2012 to April 2015. Additionally, Jennie had a sabbatical experience as a PADI Divemaster at Dive Academy Santa Pola in July to September 2014. Jennie also has experience at Coloplast as a Customer Care Analyst & Resource Planner from 2009 to December 2011 and as a Team Leader from 2006 to 2008.

Jennie Lear attended the University of Hull from 1998 to 2001, obtaining a BA degree in Geography.
