Sam Mottram

Sam Mottram has extensive experience in the hospitality sector, currently serving as the Change & Global Process Design Director for the HR Programme at Whitbread since December 2008. Previous roles at Whitbread include Operations Director for UK Regions, Operations Director for Premier Inn South, Central Operations Director for Premier Inn, and Head of Central Operations for Whitbread Hotels & Restaurants. Prior to joining Whitbread, Sam Mottram worked as a Business Development Manager at Marks and Spencer from July 2005 to November 2008.
