2nd Grade Teacher at White Bear Lake Area Schools

Alison Davies has a diverse work experience in the education and public health sectors. Alison began their career as a Grade One Teacher Assistant at Hong Kong International School from August 2011 to June 2013, where they managed learning materials and supervised student activities. From December 2013 to July 2016, they worked as a WIC Public Health Nutritionist at Hennepin County, providing nutritional counseling and conducting assessments for high-risk participants. Alison then transitioned to Roseville Area Schools, where they served as a 1st Grade Co-Teacher from August 2016 to June 2017, collaborating with the cooperating teacher and designing lesson plans. Alison also worked as a 3rd Grade Teacher at Roseville Area Schools from August 2017 to June 2018, where they organized daily lesson materials and monitored student performance and behavior. Their most recent role is as a 2nd Grade Teacher at White Bear Lake Area Schools, where they started in June 2018.

Alison Davies completed their Bachelor's degree in Dietetics at the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point from 2008 to 2011. Prior to that, they pursued a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Dietetics/Dietitian at the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse from 2006 to 2008. Alison later obtained a certification in Elementary Education in June 2017.
