Austin Marczak has a diverse work experience that spans multiple positions and industries. Austin began their career as a Kitchen Technician at Black Swamp Area Council, BSA in 2015, where they washed dishes and ran the trading post. In 2016, they worked as a Summer Camp Counselor at the same organization, overseeing camp activities. That same year, they also served as a Pharmacy Technician at Walmart. In 2017, Austin became a Student Technician - TSS at The University of Findlay, providing technical support. Austin then returned to Black Swamp Area Council, BSA in 2017 as a Trading Post Manager, responsible for various tasks including inventory management. In 2018 and 2019, they worked as a Business Manager at the same organization.
