Ewa Cebula - Zmysłowska

Ewa Cebula - Zmysłowska, PhD, is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in operations, project management, and academia. Currently serving as a Member of the Supervisory Board and CXO at White Label Coders, Ewa has played a pivotal role in advancing PMO processes and establishing an Agile project management framework. As a co-founder of the company, Ewa has driven its expansion within the Polish and international markets. Previous positions include Chief Operating Officer at both 3a.pl and Vertis, where client acquisition and relationship management were emphasized. Ewa also contributed to academia as a lecturer and thesis advisor at WSB University and The Silesian University of Technology, specializing in Agile methodologies and chemistry. Ewa holds a Ph.D. in Chemical Technology and multiple Master's degrees in Information Technology and Environmental Engineering.
