Joan Cruz Sánchez

Joan Cruz Sánchez has a diverse work experience. Joan began their career in 2016 as an Oficial de Mercadeo at Financiera FINCA Nicaragua, where they were responsible for creating and applying a media plan. In 2019, they moved to FINANCIERA FUNDESER, where they served as an Analista de Atención al Cliente y Mercadeo, providing customer and user support and following up on complaints, claims, and suggestions. Currently, they are a Digital Marketing Strategist at White Shark Media™ en Español.

Joan Cruz Sánchez has a Licenciatura in Marketing from Universidad Centroamericana, Managua. In 2021, they obtained a Posgrado en Gerencia de Mercadeo y Publicidad Estratégica from Universidad Iberoamericana de Ciencia y Tecnología. Joan also has three certifications obtained in July 2021: Microsoft Advertising Certified Professional from Microsoft, Google Ads Search Certification from Google, and Google Analytics Individual Qualification from Google.
