Matthew Scott

Matthew Scott has a diverse range of work experience spanning over two decades. Matthew has held positions in various companies such as White Stuff, The Body Shop, L'Oréal, and United Transport Cameroon. Most recently, Matthew served as the People Director at White Stuff starting in 2018. Prior to that, they were the Human Resources Director for EMEA & Americas at The Body Shop from January 2017 to March 2018. Matthew also held the role of Human Resources Director for EMEA at The Body Shop from February 2015 to December 2016. Before joining The Body Shop, Matthew worked at L'Oréal where they held several positions including Human Resources Director for the Middle East and Compensations & Benefits Director. Matthew also worked as a Human Resources Manager, Supply Chain Manager, and Industrial Supply Chain Manager at L'Oréal. Their earliest recorded work experience was as a Logistics Professional at United Transport Cameroon from August 1996 to October 1997.

Matthew Scott obtained a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Manufacturing Engineering & Management from the University of Nottingham. Matthew attended the university from 1993 to 1996.
