Allen Michalik

Allen Michalik has been working in the product design industry since 1997. Allen began their career as an Installer at Quick Signs in 1997, then moved on to MCI as a Provisioner in 1999. In 2000, they began working at Radica as a Designer, and then moved to Mattel/Radica Games Group as a Sr. Product Designer. In 2009, they joined Mattel as a Project Designer, and then moved to Hasbro as a Sr. Product Designer in 2012. Finally, in 2014, they became a Senior Project Lead at WhiteBoard Product Solutions, where they are responsible for managing multiple departments to create new ideas, bettering old ones, and making great experiences to license to companies. Allen also leads complex projects that require innovative solutions with in tight budgets and time lines leveraging internal and external resources.

Allen Michalik obtained a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Design from the Art Institute of Fort Lauderdale between 1996 and 1999.
