Ross Hecht

Ross Hecht is an experienced finance professional with a robust background in trading and analytical roles. Currently serving as a Senior Trader at Whitebox Advisors LLC since June 2018, Ross focuses on trading equities across various strategies, including risk arbitrage and distressed credit, while managing the syndicate calendar for IPO and secondary transactions. Previously, Ross traded equities and equity options at TOMS CAPITAL LLC and held the position of Equity Trader at Moore Capital Management, where responsibilities included trading equity and equity derivatives as well as analyzing performance data. Earlier career experience includes roles at Zinc Capital Management and Canon USA Inc., where operational and sales analysis skills were honed. Ross holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from the University of Michigan.
