Samuel Cushing McIpd

Samuel Cushing MCIPD has an extensive work experience spanning several years. Samuel currently holds the role of Chief People Officer at Whitefox since February 2023. Prior to this, they worked at HechleHR Ltd as a Strategic HR Advisor, Executive Coach, and M&A report consultant, starting in May 2021. Samuel also served as the Group HR Director at Qorbital from January 2021 to January 2023, where they provided strategic and commercial leadership to support the company's rapid growth. Before that, they worked as the Head of People & Talent (interim) at Forward Partners from August 2020 to January 2021.

Earlier in their career, Samuel held the position of Global Head of Human Resources at Orwell Group from July 2018 to August 2020 and worked as a Consulting Manager, Talent Programmes at NP Group from December 2016 to July 2018. Samuel also served as a Human Resources Business Partner at Bupa from October 2012 to November 2016 and as a Talent Acquisition Specialist at The Dune Group from September 2010 to September 2012.

Samuel Cushing MCIPD obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in English Language and Literature from Nottingham Trent University from 2006 to 2009. In addition, they have CIPD qualifications and is a Chartered MCIPD.
