Darryl Stevenson

Darryl Stevenson is an experienced Senior Geologist at Whitehaven Coal, with a career spanning over two decades in the geology and mining sectors. Previous roles include Affiliate at The University of Newcastle's School of Engineering, Principal Consultant/Manager at Geological and Mining Services Australia Pty Ltd, and various managerial positions at Peabody Energy. Darryl has significant expertise in geological services for clients such as A-Cap Resources and NSW Department of Industry, and has contributed to academia as a lecturer at The University of Newcastle. Darryl's educational background includes a Master of Mining Engineering specializing in Mine Geomechanics from UNSW and a B.Sc.
