Eliana Cuppari

Eliana Cuppari has extensive experience in employment and case management, holding key positions at Whitelion as Employment Programs Manager and Employment Coordinator from April 2014 to the present. Prior roles include Regional Manager and Apprenticeship Support Officer at the Department of Education and Early Childhood Development from March 2013 to April 2014, and Acting ASO Coordinator at Kangan Institute from January 2011 to March 2013. Eliana has demonstrated a strong ability in managing caseloads, exceeding performance objectives, and developing individualized intervention plans for clients facing various barriers to employment. With a background in business management at BreakThru People Solutions and NEPS Centre, along with earlier roles in consultancy and administration, Eliana's career is marked by a commitment to supporting disadvantaged jobseekers and enhancing service delivery quality. Eliana completed education at Essendon High School between 1972 and 1978.
