Ben Hayward

Ben Hayward is a seasoned finance professional currently serving as Managing Director and Head of Distribution for Europe (Ex-DACH) and The Americas at WhiteOak Capital since October 2022. Previously, Ben worked at UTI International Limited from June 2019 to October 2022, where roles included Vice President and Assistant Vice President focusing on business development in the UK and Europe. Prior experience includes a position as Senior Sales Associate at Fidelity International, engaging in wholesale sales for the UK and Middle East. Ben's early career includes internships at SABMiller, Fidelity International, City AM, and Rathbone Brothers Plc. Ben holds a Joint Honors degree in Geography and History from the University of Birmingham and graduated from Cheltenham College.
