Rhys Arkins

Rhys Arkins has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. Most recently, Rhys has been working at Mend since 2019. Within Mend, Rhys has held the positions of Director of Product Management from August 2019 to June 2022, and currently serves as the Vice President of Product Management starting from June 2022.

Prior to Mend, Rhys was the Owner of Key Location Pte Ltd from January 2014 to December 2021. Before that, Rhys founded Renovate Bot in January 2018 and served as the Founder until August 2019.

In 2005, Rhys began working at Acme Packet, where they held various positions such as Systems Engineer from January 2005 to January 2007, Sales Engineer from January 2007 to January 2008, Director of Technical Sales, APAC from January 2008 to November 2012, and Vice President of Sales Engineering - Asia Pacific from November 2012 to April 2013.

Additionally, Rhys has worked as a Consultant at Agentis Software from April 2004 to January 2005, and as a Standards Engineer at Ericsson from January 2001 to February 2003.

Rhys Arkins pursued their undergraduate studies at The University of Queensland from 1997 to 2000. During this period, they earned a Bachelor of Information Technology with First-Class Honors and was awarded the prestigious University Medal. Rhys'sarea of specialization was in Computer Systems Networking and Telecommunications.
