Maria Ines Frías

Maria Ines Frías has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Maria Ines started their career as a Ssr - Sr Java Developer at ALTEC SE in 1998. Maria Ines then worked at Hexacta as a Sr Java Developer, Scrum Master/Team Leader, and Software Architect. Maria Ines was responsible for designing and building systems, developing web user interfaces, and leading development teams.

Afterwards, they joined Travelocity as a Project Manager, where they worked on projects related to car and flight services. Maria Ines led a distributed team and implemented e-commerce techniques to improve conversion rates.

Following their tenure at Travelocity, Maria worked at Kapsch TrafficCom as a Project Manager, responsible for delivering software solutions and managing full project lifecycles for congestion charging systems.

Maria Ines then joined Whitespectre as a Delivery Manager, where they managed multiple teams working on interrelated projects. Maria Ines ensured the successful delivery of projects and contributed to people management.

Maria also founded CrimeaLab and worked as a Data Scientist. Maria Ines later joined Mercado Libre as an IT Manager, focusing on data and anti-money laundering initiatives.

In their most recent role, Maria returned to Whitespectre as the Head of Delivery, responsible for overseeing the delivery of projects and leading teams.

Throughout their career, Maria has demonstrated strong technical skills, leadership abilities, and a track record of successful project delivery.

Maria Ines Frías has a Bachelor of Science degree from Universidad Centro de Altos Estudios en Ciencias Exactas (Universidad CAECE), which they obtained from 1990 to 1995. In 1989, they studied English and Interpersonal Communications at El Camino College. In 2009, they completed a Project Management Professional (PMP) program at IAAP. Maria Ines also obtained a PMP certification from the Project Management Institute in 2013. In 2014, they participated in an ITIL Training Course at IAAP. Finally, from 2016 to 2017, Maria pursued a Master's Degree in Data Mining and Knowledge Discovery at the University of Buenos Aires, where they also earned a certification in Datamining and Knowledge Discovery in 2016. In 2019, they obtained their Project Management Professional (PMP) certificate from the Project Management Institute.
