Martin Puškáč

Martin Puškáč is a versatile teaching professional and senior UX designer with extensive experience in both educational and corporate settings. Currently, Martin teaches an expert class on Figma for beginners at Masaryk University Brno and covers UX basics at Lýceum C.S. Lewisa. As Chief Technology Officer at tfink and founder of IceBear s.r.o., Martin leads the creative direction of various digital and physical products, focusing on user experience. Additionally, Martin founded IceBear Academy to provide online education in UX and Design Thinking and serves as a guest lecturer at AjTyvIT, promoting inclusivity in IT through workshops on design thinking and user-centered design. Martin holds an MBA in Strategic Management from Cambridge Business School and Master's and Bachelor's degrees in Marketing and Applied Informatics, respectively.
