Scott Rowe

Scott Rowe, P.E. is an experienced engineering professional currently serving as PCA Program Manager at Whitestone Associates, Inc. since July 2022. Prior to this role, Rowe managed the Geotechnical Department for Southeast Florida at Universal Engineering Sciences from June 2007 to July 2022, focusing on providing geotechnical services to a variety of clients including public agencies and private developers. Rowe's extensive career includes positions as Senior Engineer and Senior Geotechnical Engineer at Dunkelberger Engineering and Testing, and geotechnical project manager at GTA Geotechnology Associates, Inc., where responsibilities spanned multiple engineering roles over 17 years.
