Christiaan van der Vlist

Christiaan van der Vlist is an accomplished AI Specialist currently employed at WhiteVision B.V. since May 2023. Previously, Christiaan served as a Data Scientist and Marketing Intelligence Intern at NPO, where responsibilities included designing a PyTorch machine learning framework for personalized video content search and conducting research in Natural Language Processing for user profile construction. Academic experience includes a role as Teaching Assistant at Utrecht University, facilitating courses in logic and adaptive systems, and serving as a Tutor and English Teacher in secondary education settings. Christiaan holds a Master's and Bachelor's degree in Artificial Intelligence from the University of Amsterdam and Utrecht University, respectively, along with a Bachelor of Arts in Japanese Studies from Leiden University.
