Ben Cornwell-Mott

Ben Cornwell-Mott, P.Eng, currently serves as Development Engineering Lead at WhiteWater West Industries Ltd since October 2019. Prior experience includes roles as Vice President of Engineering and Operations at VeloMetro Mobility Inc., where responsibilities encompassed full-stack development of fleet management software, vehicle firmware design, and management of multi-disciplinary engineering teams. Previous positions with Flex-N-Gate involved program management and product engineering for park brake systems, as well as hands-on mechanical design and quality improvement initiatives. Ben's academic background includes advanced studies in Mechanical Engineering at the University of Toronto, culminating in a Ph.D. program. Notable achievements include the successful launch of automotive programs, innovative design solutions, and presiding over engineering best practices implementation.
