Owen Hathaway

Owen Hathaway is an experienced attorney and technology executive with a diverse background in law and consulting. Since October 2011, Owen has operated The Law Offices of Owen Hathaway, focusing on small business, nonprofits, healthcare, estate planning, and bankruptcy. Owen has served as CTO at Whitsell Consulting since January 2016, providing technical strategic direction for software and web application development. Prior to this role, Owen was the Owner, CTO, and general counsel at HDConsult, focusing on healthcare clients and health IT interoperability from July 2014 to June 2017. Additionally, Owen consulted on secure communications and virtualization at Owen Hathaway, LLC from 2007 to 2012 and managed technical operations at Longmont United Hospital from 1999 to 2007. Owen holds a Juris Doctor from the University of Denver - Sturm College of Law and a BA in Organizational Development and Communication from Regis University.
