Jennifer Guerra

Jennifer Guerra has a diverse work experience in the field of higher education. Jennifer started their career at Cal Poly Pomona in 2009, where they held roles such as Student Involvement Advisor and Interim Greek/Student Involvement Advisor. Jennifer also interned at the Office of Student Life & Cultural Centers during that time. In 2011, they joined FIU- Center for Leadership and Service as a Graduate Assistant before moving on to Armstrong Atlantic State University as a Graduate Intern in 2012. Later that year, they continued their graduate internship at Bowling Green State University in the Office of Residence Life SMART Program. In 2012, they became a Graduate Assistant at Florida International University's Women's Center before joining Cal Poly Pomona as a Residence Life Coordinator in 2013. Their most recent position was at Whittier College, where they served as Director of the Office of Equity and Inclusion & Ortiz Programs, and prior to that, they worked as the Assistant Director of the Leadership Experience & Programs (LEAP) Office.

Jennifer Guerra has a Bachelor of Science degree in Animal Science from California State Polytechnic University-Pomona. Jennifer also holds a Master's degree in Higher Education Administration from Florida International University. Additionally, they have obtained a Survivor Advocate/Counselor certification from Project Sister Family Services in November 2014. Jennifer's education also includes studying Politica & cultura at Universidad del Sagrado Corazón, but no degree information is provided for this program.
