Srushti Isave started their career at Future Market Insights in 2020 as a Marketing Executive. Srushti later advanced to the role of Senior Digital Marketing Executive. In 2022, they joined WhizAI as a Brand Ambassador.

Srushti Isave completed their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree from MIT School of Management (MITSOM) in 2018. Prior to that, they earned their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Dr. Vishwanath Karad MIT World Peace University in Pune in 2020.
