Scott Sanford

Scott Sanford has a strong background in engineering, particularly in structural engineering. Scott began their career in 1989 with the Illinois Department of Transportation, where they worked in District 5 for over a year. Scott then moved on to the Bureau of Bridges & Structures within the same department, where they stayed for almost a decade. In 2002, they began working for J.F. Sato & Associates as the Chief Structural Engineer, and later joined Homer L. Chastain & Associates as a Senior Structural Engineer. In 2004, they became the Chief Structural Engineer at Greene and Bradford before finally serving as Vice President at WHKS & Co, a full-service engineering firm.

Scott Sanford attended the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign from 1989 to 1991, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering. Scott then pursued further education at the University of Illinois Springfield from 1994 to 1996, focusing on Business Administration.
