Kate Laurents has been in the hospitality and customer service industry for nearly a decade. Kate started their career in 2011 as the Front of House Manager for Terra Plata. In 2012, they moved to Heavy Restaurant Group as the Hospitality Operations Manager. In 2014, they joined OpenTable as a Supervisor, Account Manager and Restaurant Operations Specialist. In 2016, they became the Owner of BURGER STEVENS LLC and in 2020, they joined Wholesail as the Manager of Sales Development & Customer Success and an Account Manager. At OpenTable, they were recognized as an expert on dealing with marketplace competition, data analytics, training, and retention.
Kate Laurents graduated from Skidmore College in 2008 with a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in English Language and Literature/Letters.
