Jordon Halteman

Jordon Halteman serves as the Director of Manufacturing Engineering at WHOOP, leading technical program management, manufacturing engineering, and operations since January 2018. Previously, Jordon held multiple roles at WHOOP, including Senior Manager and Manufacturing & Supply Chain Manager, where significant contributions included process improvements that reduced production variability and cycle time by over 50%. Jordon's experience also encompasses a role as Project Karman Mechanical Design & Fabrication Lead at Northeastern University, focusing on a rocket launch project, as well as an R&D Engineering Co-op at Boston Scientific, where contributions included the development of design verification protocols and innovative solutions in endoscopy. Jordon holds a Master of Science and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Northeastern University.
