Nikki Batista

Nikki Batista is currently the Vice President of Digital Health at WHOOP, having joined the company in November 2023. Prior to this role, Nikki served as Vice President of Digital Health Regulatory Affairs at MCRA from November 2019 to October 2023, where Nikki established a specialized Digital Health Team to aid clients in navigating regulatory challenges. Nikki's earlier experience includes multiple roles at the FDA from July 2014 to October 2019, culminating in the position of Assistant Director of the External Heart Rhythm and Rate Devices Team, overseeing a multi-disciplinary team responsible for regulatory activities related to cardiovascular devices. Nikki's career also includes roles as a Biomedical Engineer at ZetroZ LLC and as a researcher at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and Mount Sinai School of Medicine. Nikki holds both a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Engineering in Biomedical/Medical Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.
