Nathalie Bessette

Nathalie Bessette is an experienced operations and communications specialist with a focus on major gifts, currently working at WHYY since October 2021, where previous roles included Development Associate. Prior to WHYY, Nathalie worked as an Associate at Ampersand Strategies, a campaign consulting firm, contributing to various aspects of campaign communications, including copywriting and social media management, and received a Pollie Award for print design work. Nathalie's earlier experiences include internships in major gifts at WHYY, finance at Rittenhouse Political Partners, and legislative support for the City of Philadelphia. Nathalie earned a B.A. in Political Science and Communication Studies from Temple University and studied global governance, economic development, and human rights at Boston University.
