Calvin Liao

Calvin Liao is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in venture capital and banking. Currently serving as an Associate and Venture Capital Analyst at WI Harper Group since October 2019, Calvin is involved with a prominent cross-border venture capital firm that manages over $1 billion in assets across Greater China, Asia Pacific, and the US. Prior to this role, Calvin held various positions at Citi from October 2014 to June 2018, including Assistant Relationship Manager in Corporate & Investment Banking, Management Associate in the Institutional Clients Group, and Credit Analyst in Commercial Banking. Calvin began the career at Cosmos Bank as an Associate in the Offshore Banking Unit focused on Loan Syndication from August 2013 to October 2014. Calvin earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from the University of Washington in 2010.
