Wei-Ting Lien

Wei-Ting Lien is an experienced Project Manager with a focus on managing new product introduction (NPI) phases across various technology and manufacturing sectors. Currently serving at WiBASE - Wistron Group since June 2022, Wei-Ting oversees wearable products, facilitating communication and collaboration among engineers, customers, and factories for effective issue resolution and schedule planning. Previously, Wei-Ting managed NPI projects for HP commercial notebooks at Inventec, handled Small Cell network projects at ASKEY COMPUTER CORP., and led multiple audio-related product projects at Zylux. Earlier career roles include process improvement at Merck Display Technologies Ltd. and human resources management at the Taiwan ICDF. Wei-Ting holds an M.B.A. in Operations/Supply Chain Management from Purdue University and dual master's degrees in Political Science from National Chengchi University.
