Jennifer Brown

Jennifer Brown is an experienced educator specializing in English as a Second Language (ESL) and instructional support for at-risk and English Language Learner (ELL) students. Currently serving as an ESL teacher at Chesterfield County School District since August 2018, Jennifer has also been working as an Intervention Instructional Assistant at Wicomico County Public Schools since August 2017, where responsibilities include providing personalized support in elementary classrooms. Additionally, Jennifer has held multiple instructional assistant roles since January 2015 with the Wicomico County Board of Education and has experience as a substitute teacher at Accomack Public Schools from 2008 to 2012. Earlier teaching experience includes working as a PK 3 Teacher at Shore Christian Academy from 2006 to 2008. Academic qualifications include a Master of Education in Elementary Education from Old Dominion University and a Bachelor of Arts in International/Global Studies from Wichita State University.
