Kathleen Vail

Kathleen Vail, Ph.D., LCPC, has extensive experience in educational leadership, currently serving as Principal at Wicomico County Board of Education since July 2006, with prior experience as Assistant Principal. Vail also worked as a Guidance Counselor at Worcester County Board of Education from August 1998 to July 2006 and briefly interned at BMW Group in 2012. Vail holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität München (2008-2012) and a Doctor of Philosophy in Organizational Leadership from the University of Maryland Eastern Shore.
