David Sloan

David Sloan is an experienced media professional currently serving as the Production Manager at Wide Angle Youth Media since August 2007, where responsibilities include overseeing productions and mentoring youth in digital media skills. Previous roles include a five-year tenure as a Media Educator at the same organization, teaching various programs designed to empower young people through media education. David has also worked as a Freelance Film and Media producer, specializing in short-form documentary films, and held roles in community art and media education with organizations such as the Baltimore Algebra Project and Americorps. David’s academic credentials include a Master's degree in Community Art and a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Sculpture, both from the Maryland Institute College of Art.
