Monica Turzynski-Perry has a diverse range of work experience. Monica has worked as a Project Management at Widelity, Inc. since March 2020. Prior to that, they served as an Assistant Prosecuting Attorney at the Montgomery County Ohio Prosecutor's Office from March 2018 to March 2020. In this role, they represented the State of Ohio in court, reviewed criminal charges, drafted complaints and motions, and prepared witnesses for trial testimony.
Before their time at the prosecutor's office, Monica worked as a Senior Coordinator at CMT from November 2015 to March 2018. Monica also had a brief stint as a Large Law Research Consultant at LexisNexis from July 2015 to November 2015, where they assisted clients with tools to enhance their legal practice.
Monica's earlier experiences include working as a Bartender at Newcom's Tavern from August 2013 to November 2015 and as an Assistant Director of Business & Legal Affairs Dept., Office Manager & Artist Relations Supervisor at CouldB Entertainment from October 2007 to July 2012. Additionally, they worked as a Legal Extern at ITS Financial, LLC from January 2011 to April 2011.
Monica Turzynski-Perry obtained their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Criminal Justice Studies from the University of Dayton in the years 2006 to 2008. Monica then pursued their Doctor of Law (J.D.) degree at the University of Dayton School of Law from 2009 to 2011, focusing on Intellectual Property, Cyberlaw, and Creativity Concentration. In May 2015, Monica obtained their Attorney certification from the Ohio State Bar Association.
