Jennifer Kim, MPH, MIA has a diverse work experience in various roles and organizations. Jennifer is currently the Programmes Director at &Wider, where they optimize workload and outcome success through seamless management of large programs focused on addressing working conditions and due diligence along supply chains. Jennifer harmonizes workflows between sales and implementation and provides design suggestions to protect program manageability.
Previously, Jennifer worked as a Speechwriter (Contractor) at UNICEF USA, where they created speech templates and wrote keynote speeches for UNICEF's 75th anniversary gala event, annual advocacy conferences, and regional fundraising events. Jennifer also served as the Director of Programs and Operations at Asian Family Support Services of Austin, implementing business, administrative, and operations procedures supporting compliant client service delivery and community education and outreach for Asian and immigrant survivors of violence.
Jennifer's experience also includes volunteering as a Sexual Assault Advocate at The SAFE Alliance, providing crisis intervention, emotional support, and advocacy to survivors of sexual violence. Jennifer served as an HIV Planner at the University of Texas, Austin Health Innovation & Evaluation Team/TX Dept of State Health Services, providing technical assistance for community needs assessment and streamlining delivery of HIV services in Texas. Jennifer worked as a Senior Consultant at Bright Spring, providing strategic planning services and conducting research for international aid organizations and family foundations.
Earlier in their career, Jennifer worked as a Program Officer at Together for Girls, establishing effective management and communications systems and leading partnership development on violence against children. Jennifer also has experience as an Independent Consultant and as a Research/Program Associate at UNFPA.

Jennifer Kim, MPH, MIA received their BA in International Development Studies with a minor in Cultural Anthropology from UCLA in 2000. Jennifer then pursued further education and obtained their MPH in Population and Family Health/Forced Migration from Columbia University Mailman School of Public Health in 2008. In the same year, they also completed their MIA in Economic and Political Development from Columbia | SIPA.
