Amy Starkman

Amy Starkman currently serves as the Global Talent Operations Director at Wieden + Kennedy, a position held since June 2022. Previously, Amy held various leadership roles at BBDO from January 2010 to June 2022, culminating in the position of EVP, Director of Talent. Prior to BBDO, Amy spent 14 years at Ogilvy, advancing to the role of Senior Partner, Executive Marketing Director. Amy's extensive experience in talent and marketing operations is complemented by an educational background from the University of Vermont.
